スタッフとサーバーのことや貴方のBANについて会話したいですか？ゲーム内で /support って打ってリンクをクリックしてください！あなたとスタッフしか見れないチャンネルが作成されます

 

Want to talk to staff or get support about server or talk about your ban? Simple! Use the command /support in MINECRAFT (NOT DISCORD) and click the link to create your own discord channel that only staff and you can see!

 

４８時間プレイヤーによる応答がない場合、チケットは閉じられます。

Ticket you opened will be closed in 48 hours of your inactivity. 

​① サーバー内で /support を実行してください / Run /support in the server.

 

②チャットに表示されたURLをクリック / Click URL shown in the chat.

 

③ Yesをクリックする / Click "Yes"

 

④Authorize(認証） をクリック/ Click "Authorize"

 

 

 

 

 

サポートチケットを開いたら、スタッフと話したい内容について送信してください。 

AFter creating your own ticket, you're required to state what you wanna discuss with staff.

メッセージを送った後、確認のためもしくは対応できるスタッフが確認するまでお時間をいただく場合があります。
After you sent your message, it may takes few hours~days to respond due to confirm the situation or higher staff to check the ticket.

 

サポートチケット内でのスタッフのメンション行為はいかなる場合も禁止です。

Please remember that mentioning staff members is strictly prohibited anytime.

議題が以下である場合は、注意事項をご確認ください。

<ELO返却の場合 / To ask ELO reverts>

 

返却を希望する場合は、以下を含め一度で送信してください。

If you want to get your ELO reverted from the match(es), it must be included those things below at once;

原則DISCORDアカウントに紐づけされているアカウントの試合のみ返却可能です。

You must have been synced with the account which you had been used in the match you're requesting.

1,・マッチID / MATCH ID  

2, ・マッチURL / MATCH URL

 

 

・返却が可能な試合は以下の通りです。 Match situations available to be reverted;

（例外もあります。 There are exceptions.）

 

・対戦相手が現在BANされている

The opponent had been BANNED

 

・対戦相手がRANKED制限を受けている

The opponent had been ranked restricted

 

・その他特別な場合 （要相談）

In the special case (Staff will check the case)

 

 

 

<自身の処罰に関する場合 / About your punishment>

あなたの処罰について話したい場合、メッセージに以下が含まれている必要があります。

If you want to talk about your punishment, the message has to contain those informations.

埋めれるだけ項目を詳しく埋め、嘘をついたら即却下されます。Put everything specific, to be honest.

（あなた自身以外の処罰について原則情報開示・アピール等はできません。

After answering that, staff members will respond to your message. Of course, it is strictly prohibited for you to mention staff members.

 

アピールが却下された後複数回再びチケットを作る行為が確認された場合、チケットの使用を制限する場合があります。

You will be ticket restricted if you opened ticket for many times after getting denied.

 

<他人の不正行為・ルール違反を報告する場合 / To report player for rule violation>

 

サーバーで他のプレイヤーが不正行為・ルール違反、もしくは迷惑な行為をしている場合はチケットから報告ができます。（まずゲーム内で/reportを使ってください）

If someone else is violating rules, you can report the player. (Please use /report in game FIRST.)

 

以下を含めてください。

・報告したいプレイヤーのユーザーネーム / Player username that you wanna report to

・あなたがルール違反等だと判断した理由（詳しく）/ Why you thought he's violating rules (Put specific)

・そのプレイヤーがルール違反をした証拠 / Proof that player violate rules
