本日は、現在コミュニティの中で問題視されている「KB」問題についての声明発表となります。

また、こちらの発表よりサーバースタッフへの誹謗中傷はお控え頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

 

まず最初に、KBに関するユーザーからの提案へ早急なご返答ができなかったことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

何故ここまでの期間を設け又、何故今回のKB変更へ声明発表があるのかをご説明いたします。

 

2020年7月から2021年10月まで使用致しましたKBが現在のKBへ変更となった理由は

2021年3月頃よりコミュニティより通称「浮くKB」への不満及び変更のご提案を多く頂き、現在のKBへ変更致しました。

しかし現在になり2021年のKBへ再度戻すことへのご意見・ご要望が多くなり、我々開発一同は深く悩み。協議に協議を重ねておりました。

全ユーザー様が満足するKBを求め、更なるKBの開発へ取り組むべきであるか。又は、現在のユーザー様過半数以上の意見に耳を傾け過去に使用したKBへ戻すべきなのか。

当サーバー事業はユーザー及びコミュニティの皆様のお陰で続いております。又、我々スタッフ一同ユーザーの皆様と寄り添い、より良い環境作りに専念すべきであると感じております。

そこで開発チーム及びスタッフチームが協議を重ねた結果、ユーザー皆様のご意見を採用する事と致しました。また、その他決まった事に関しましてもこの場をお借りして発表させていただきます。

2022年10月10日 重大発表

 

2022年10月10日に2つの変更、1つの重大発表及び12月に大規模イベントを開催させていただきます。

また、KBに関するご意見やご要望、ご提案を頂けることは非常に嬉しく思います。しかし、今回のKB変更に関するご意見の中でスタッフに対する複数の誹謗中傷やスパム、虚偽情報の発信等が見られました。

今後はこの様なマナー違反行為への処罰を行うと共に、皆様のご意見を少しでも多く取り入れられるよう日々チーム一同精進してまいります。

最後になりますが、今後ともSyuuNetへの変わらぬご愛顧の程何卒宜しくお願い致します。

Today, we would like to make a statement regarding the "KB" issue that is currently being viewed as a problem within the community.

We would also like to ask you to refrain from slandering our server staff from this announcement.

 

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for not responding to the suggestions of our users regarding the KB as soon as possible.

We would like to explain why we have taken this long and why we are issuing this statement regarding the KB change.

 

The reason for the change from the KB we used from July 2020 to October 2021 to the current KB is that since March 2021, we have received many complaints and suggestions from the community about the "floating KB," as it is commonly called, and we have changed it to the current KB.

However, we have received many comments and requests to change it back to the KB of 2021, and we, the developers, are deeply concerned about it. We have been discussing and discussing again and again.

Should we seek a KB that satisfies all users and work on further development of the KB? Or should we listen to the majority of current users and return to the KB we used in the past?

Our server business is only possible thanks to our users and community. We feel that we should focus on creating a better environment for our users.

After much discussion among our development and staff teams, we have decided to adopt the opinions of our users. We would also like to take this opportunity to announce other decisions that have been made.

October 10, 2022 Major Announcement

 

On October 10, 2022, we will be making two changes, one major announcement, and a major event in December.
 

We are also very pleased to receive your comments, requests and suggestions regarding the KB. However, among the comments regarding the KB changes, we have seen several slanderous comments, spam, and false information sent to our staff.

We will be punishing such violations of etiquette, and our team will work hard every day to incorporate as much of your feedback as possible.
